  As far as the recent Christian/Christ-follower debate, I've been using "Christ-follower" overseas for years, among others. That said, "Christian" is a biblical term and doesn't need to be thrown out. Perhaps we should just stop using it as an adjective (i.e. no "Christian" books, "Christian" fiction, "Christian" language, etc.).
